The Opportunity:
The eCommerce Marketing Manager will lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of eCommerce, and retail media initiatives. This role is critical to driving online market share growth and delivering profitable omnichannel sales. Responsibilities include owning the retail media P&L and managing the digital shelf to turn investment into incremental units, share, and repeat purchases. The successful candidate will navigate eCommerce platforms with ease, connect spend to sales, and strategically grow eCommerce performance across channels such as Instacart (US & Canada) and key Canadian/U.S. retailers. This individual will be focused on accelerating retailer media performance, the position drives strategic investment decisions and leverages data insights to deliver measurable growth across key retail media channels.

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:
- Quick Commerce Leadership: Spearhead quick commerce programs, ensuring rapid fulfillment and seamless customer experiences in partnership with leading retailers.
- Retail Media Strategy & Execution: Lead the planning, activation, and optimization of retail media—including sponsored search, display, and paid social—across key accounts. Translate media investments into measurable sales and brand impact to maximize ROI across all digital channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Brand Marketing, & Category Management in Canada and the United States to deliver integrated programs that drive results.
- Performance Analysis: Use advanced analytics (multi-touch attribution, POS data, etc.) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
- Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with key eCommerce customers, driving joint business planning, negotiation, and business reviews.
What You’ll Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, an MBA or a combination of education and experiences related to eCommerce
- eCommerce expertise in CPG or retail, with proven success in both strategic leadership & hands on-execution
- Deep expertise in retail media, sponsored search, & digital merchandising
- Platform Knowledge (Instacart, DoorDash, Uber, Canadian Retailers)
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
