Pay: $19.00 – $21.00/hour

Seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. If you're reliable, safety-focused, and ready to grow with a company that's shaping the future of food, we want to hear from you!

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment for food production
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company procedures
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Record accurate data (weights, measurements) to meet Quality Management System (QMS) standards
  • Set up, inspect, and adjust equipment for production runs
  • Report equipment issues promptly to supervisors or maintenance
  • Help minimize waste and improve efficiency
  • Support team communication during daily shift exchange meetings
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members
  • Cross-train in other departments as needed
  • Communicate suggestions for improving safety, quality, and processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Manufacturing or food industry experience (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and written policies
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, or bending
  • Team player mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
