The Opportunity:
Reporting to the VP Finance & Treasurer, the Senior Manager, Treasury is primarily responsible for supporting bank relationships, managing cash and credit facility related activities, cash flow forecasting, treasury reporting activities, and support capital structure, financing, risk management and other initiatives.

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:
- Provide leadership to the treasury team relating to cash management, cash flow forecasting, and the preparation of internal and external reporting for treasury activities
- Support negotiation and access to debt financing including bank credit facilities
- Negotiate and manage A/R securitization funding program and related credit insurance
- Generate and help execute ideas to optimize treasury operations and mitigate financial risk
- Responsible for consolidated cashflow and balance sheet forecasting including budget and 5 year plan processes
- Monitor the company’s working capital level and implement working capital initiatives to optimize cash flow
- Review Treasury & Risk accounting journal entries
- Responsible for company’s debt compliance, taking appropriate steps to ensure MLF remains in compliance with all covenants
- Responsible for vehicle and equipment leasing program
- Oversee quarterly internal compliance requirements and audit related certification processes
- Perform credit reviews from time to time on major customers
- Support the implementation of a new Treasury Management System
- Support strategic initiatives related to financing and capital structure
- Support various aspects of the insurance process
What You’ll Bring:
- CPA, CFA, CTP or equivalent designation, with 7+ years of relevant experience in a Finance/Treasury
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash pooling, working capital management, external funding (short and long term), planning & analysis, and accounting & controls.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and comfortable working with SAP
- Experience working with Treasury Management Systems
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities; experience leading a team
- Ability to develop a close working relationship with business partners internally and externally
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word skills
