MATERIAL HANDLER: The Material Handler is responsible for ensuring the production line is fully stocked of product and that the line does not incur stoppage/down time, as well as the removal of product from production lines and storing appropriately.   

Responsibilities:
  • Forklift Operation
  • Handling of raw materials, packaging and finished goods
  • Plant set up for production
  • Organization of finished product from the line, including pallet configuration and pallet tag documentation and removal of product to freezer for proper storage
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience/Competencies
  • Forklift Certification and experience
  • Counterbalance experience preferred
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Able to stand and walk throughout the shift
  • Able to perform repetitive lifting
  • Good communication skills, able to speak and read English
  • Punctual, reliable and responsible.
