POSITION SUMMARY:

The successful candidate will be required to sweep all production areas, empty and collect garbage from all lines, replenish employee supplies in the production areas including sanitizer, gloves, aprons etc. and place G8 in various areas on the floors.   

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Quality & Food Safety Skills:
     
  • Absolute adherence to working in the designated RTE areas.  This individual will not come into contact with any product, lines or equipment in compliance with food safety guidelines
  • Ensure appropriate GMP apparel and procedures are being followed 
  •  
    Health and Safety:
     
  • Demonstrated ability to wear proper PPE and comply with safety requirements
  • Frequent twisting, bending, pulling, standing and heavy lifting are required
  •  
    Communication, Cooperation & Continuous Improvement Skills:
     
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
  • Interact and share information with employees at all levels (Team Members, Lead Hands, Supervisors, Others). 
  • Actively participates in their work group.
  • Actively finding new and improved ways of completing tasks.  Is willing to try new things and assume additional responsibilities (i.e.; keeps up with production requirements, prioritizes and organizes effectively)

    Other:
    NOTE: Employees will be required to sweep and clean during production breaks and lunches
  • Employees will be responsible for notifying a Supervisor or the purchaser when job associated supplies are low and need to be ordered (i.e.; garbage bags, aprons, sanitizer etc.)

  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
  • Ability to record and document information
  • Interact and share information with employees at all levels (Team members, Lead Hands, Supervisors, Others).  Actively participates in their work group.
  • Actively finds new and improved ways of completing tasks.  Willing to try new things and assume additional responsibilities (assists with changeovers, keeps up with line speed requirements, etc.)
