 Manager, Consumer Marketing
The Opportunity:
As a key member of the Brand Marketing team, the Manager, Consumer Marketing will lead the development and growth of brands in our portfolio that meet consumers' extensive demand for convenient, delicious, "quick fix" foods.  The Manager will lead demand creation activities (all communication and campaigns), brand stewardship (governance through all channels), and brand expansion (innovation and claims progression) for these critical brands.                 
 A snap shot of some of the exciting things you will lead and do:
  • Responsible for brand development and share/sales/profit growth across categories and channels
  • Lead all brand analytics (Nielsen, shipments, communications) gathering insights to drive all recommendations for the brand
  • Responsible for expanding brand presence by working with all key stakeholders in various categories and departments to build and execute actionable growth plans inclusive of strong sales fundamentals, innovation and brand positioning opportunities
  • Lead all packaging design for existing and new products, ensuring brand consistency, with design and claims optimization across multiple categories
  • Lead all demand programs for assigned brands across key categories and channels from ideation to launch, collaborating with all key stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Manage multiple agency relationships to achieve program goals for each category and the respective campaign efficiently and effectively
  • Balance and leverage spend effectiveness of A&P budget, ensuring optimization in all channels throughout the year
  • Proudly act as brand steward, ensuring all articulations of the brand(s) (internal and external communication, products, packaging) always remain true to clearly defined brand manifesto, principles, and standards

 What you will bring:
  • 3+ years in Marketing role leading strategy, planning, execution & performance measurement
  • Post secondary education
  • Proven strategic creativity coupled with sound business judgement
  • Outstanding communication (written & oral)
  • Proven ability to build productive internal and external relationships
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Passion for managing brands and impacting business results
  • Appetite for continual learning
