POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sourcing Analyst is accountable for Business Process Support and Administration, such as supporting our Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) community and our Ariba E-Invoicing.  The Sourcing Analyst provides reporting and analysis support to the Sourcing group.   
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer user profiles for SRM Requestors and approvers
  • Create/Update SRM training material and SOPs and train SRM users
  • Organize MSC / SRM Requestor key user meetings every second month
  • Provide support for application changes and application adoption
  • Manage ongoing assistance to vendors in the Ariba Supplier Collaboration onboarding process, monitor and action exceptions, provide direction on improvements, and monitor and define KPIs.
  • Accountable for assisting stakeholders with inquiries related to new vendor set up, change requests and vendor catalog creation.
  • Load Catalog content for Indirect Pricing
  • Provide process and application Audit support for C3
  • Provide Vendor Master data cleansing and support
  • Leads the communication of approved sourcing strategies, compliance opportunities and system content to key stakeholders in the business ensuring support and commitment to the strategy.
  • Ensure timely update of all Indirect Scorecards including data extraction and template management
  • Support Sourcing and Supply Management team with ad hoc reporting needs
  • Generate monthly reporting for Purchasing Leadership team
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • 2 to 3 years of work experience (preferably in Purchasing, Supply Chain or Customer Service)
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, particularly SRM
  • ​Experience with Ariba E-Invoicing and Contract Management
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under time pressures
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate as an effective team member
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail with a strong customer service focus
  • Conceptual thinking to understand the total system flow to resolve issues.
  • Understanding of Six Sigma methodology
