  • Own and lead quarterly Portfolio Review meetings as part of the broader S&OP process.
  •  Expected to cover Innovation and sku rationalization timing to support flawless execution and mitigate Fill Rate and OCD risk
  • Work with Commercial Innovation project managers to investigate & support supply chain and operation elements of the PDP process
  • Ensure flawless execution of launches and exit strategies to our customers thru the coordination of  Innovation activity between and within End to End Supply Chain and commercial (Post ECR)
  • Attend Steering Committee meetings and Step 1, Step 2 and Step 3 S&OP meetings to have full awareness of new opportunities and operational constraints
  • Responsible for Semi Annual ABC portfolio segmentation assessment and recommendations in order to drive focus and prioritization to support Fill Rate, Absorption, and OCD targets, end to end supply chain efficient replenishment
  • Responsible for supporting quarterly EPP evaluation process including ongoing assessments, working with operations, supply planning and finance counterparts to clearly define and understand EPP building blocks
  • Evaluate EPP failing skus with commercial and operations counterparts to determine action items – including adjustment to batch sizes, modification of variances, sku rationalization and commercial solutions that will increase demand
  • Manage the sku rationalization recommendations with commercial and Operations S&OP as well as exit strategy planning with CBT, Demand Planning, CSD and Supply Planning
  • High level qualification in Operations / Supply Chain management or project management experience.
  • Experience (5+ years) in supply chain planning / supply chain management, including understanding of Operations activities (Production, Commercial), Logistics activities (distribution, packaging, artwork)
  • Experience managing complex and multi-functional projects
  • Experience in supporting innovation launches and customer execution
  • Developed internal and external customer focus and stakeholder management experience.
  • CPG industry experience in commercialization
  • Ability to manage high workload against demanding timelines, prioritizing where necessary to meet these.
  • Project management skills across different departments and third party suppliers.
  • Ability to develop relationships with a wide range of customers internal and external throughout the business
  • Experience in structured problem solving including VSM, FMEA, and Root Cause Assessment
  • Understanding of MLF Supply Chain & Commercial Processes
  • Experience with global systems (SAP/APO/ERP/SNP/ECC)
  • Experience with Supply/Demand, Packaging and Artwork Shared Services capabilities.
  • Understanding of FSQA/Regulatory processes across different sites & regions (US) – asset to have
