Position Summary
The Operations Superuser is responsible for building, maintaining, sharing, and sustaining knowledge of London Poultry’s Online operations equipment
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Online Operations Equipment
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Online Operations systems, including Rapids, Robot Graders, Foodmate equipment, Tavil packaging systems, automation controls, conveyors, and associated support equipment.
- Partner Closely with Automation and Maintenance Teams
- Lead Equipment Training and Knowledge Transfer
- Support Troubleshooting and Breakdown Recovery
- Drive Equipment Reliability and Performance
- Validate System Performance Following Maintenance Activities
- Develop and Assess Operator Competency
- Act as the Central Knowledge Resource Between Shifts
- Support Continuous Improvement Projects
- Promote Safety, Food Safety, and Compliance
- Maintain Equipment Documentation

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Live Poultry facility
- Proficient use of technology including tablets
- Strong understanding of automation and machine logic
- Highly motivated
- Strong communication skills
