- Lead all shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory activities to support safe, efficient, and accurate product movement.
- Supervise warehouse team members, ensuring timely execution of shipping, receiving, picking, put-away, and inventory control processes.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, allergen management, and documentation, including vendor damage claims and shipment records.
- Coordinate with transportation providers, production, supply chain teams, and third-party partners to meet operational requirements.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with quality, food safety, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory standards.
- Promote a strong safety culture through compliance with Occupational Health & Safety requirements, hazard prevention, and employee training.
- Lead daily team meetings, communicate performance expectations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, service, and cost.
- Develop, coach, and support team members through training, performance management, and succession planning.
- Foster positive employee and union relations through effective communication, problem-solving, and administration of the Collective Agreement and company policies.
- Build collaborative relationships across Production, FSQA, Health & Safety, Reliability, and Supply Chain to achieve departmental and plant objectives.

- Working experience in a warehouse or cross-dock environment
- Proven initiative and leadership skills

- Knowledge of HACCP and Provincial Health and Safety Regulations

- Superior communication skills in a multi-cultural environment and the ability to deal with a variety of front line employee relations issues

Working Conditions:
- Must be physically fit and able to multitask, quickly adjusting from one task to another
