The Opportunity:
The Supply Chain Process & Technology Analyst (Distribution) plays a key role in enabling efficient and standardized operations across the Distribution Center (DC) network. Reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain Technology & Process, this role is responsible for driving process documentation, standardization, training, master data governance, and technology adoption within DC operations.
This position works closely with DC teams, Super Users, and IS/IT partners to support day-to-day operations, ensure successful implementation of process improvements, and promote consistent use of systems and best practices across the network.

A snapshot of some of the exciting things you will lead and do:
- Map and Analyze Supply Chain Workflows: Lead engaging stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture the current state of supply chain processes, creating detailed workflow maps that uncover opportunities for optimization.
- Develop Applications and Automation Solutions: Design, build, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive Knowledge Transfer: Develop and maintain knowledge transfer tools to ensure long-term sustainment of process improvements.
- Leverage SQL for Application Development and Data Management: Utilize SQL databases to create application data models, support business solutions, integrate enterprise data sources, and troubleshoot data and system issues.
- Deliver Engaging Training: Conduct training sessions for business users on system updates and new processes
- Champion Data Integrity and Reliability: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across SAP and other systems.
- Bridge Business and Technology: Act as liaison between business users and IS/IT teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Enable Innovation Through Testing and Deployment: Support testing, piloting, and deployment of system enhancements (SAP, Copilot studio, Microsoft Power Platform, BI tools, RPA).
- Manage Month-End Audit Activities: Execute month-end audit processes, including validation of inventory balances, transaction accuracy, and compliance with established controls and procedures
- Support Distribution Center (DC) Operations: Support day-to-day Distribution Center (DC) operations by monitoring inventory movements, resolving transactional issues, and ensuring operational processes are executed accurately
