Shift Details: 5 days per week, 6:45AM-3:15AM (Flexibility to work additional weekends or extended hours as business needs require).
Base Wage: $21.99 per hour.

Position Summary
The Package Tech supports food production by operating packaging equipment, inspecting and packaging finished products, palletizing completed goods, and maintaining clean, safe, and food-safe work areas throughout the shift.Core Duties
- Safely operate and tend to various food packaging machinery, keeping pace with the speed of the production line to ensure continuous workflow.
- Inspect, label, and package finished food products into cartons and boxes according to standard operating procedures.
- Palletize finished products, ensuring boxes are stacked securely, organized correctly, and safe for storage or transit.
- Keep work areas, conveyors, and equipment clean and sterilized throughout the shift, communicating any machine malfunctions immediately.
- Strictly adhere to all food safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, including wearing hair/beard nets, smocks, boots, gloves, and eye protection as required.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks to safely move products to designated areas (restricted to employees who have completed formal training and sign-off).

Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Safely navigate a busy production floor with active forklift traffic, walking and standing on concrete floors for the duration of the 8-hour shift (plus any required overtime).
- Perform highly repetitive physical tasks requiring continuous wrist flexion, grasping, and twisting at the waist and neck.
- Lift ingredient buckets, boxes, and pallets up to 50 lbs (using team lifts for heavier items).
- Operate safely around moving mechanical parts and in temperature-controlled (both hot and cold) production zones.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a food production, packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is considered a strong plus.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality with the flexibility to adapt to changing production schedules and overtime requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate clearly with peers and frontline leadership.
- Basic problem-solving skills to notice minor operational inconsistencies and report them promptly.
