Position Summary
We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Production Line Associates to package high-quality food products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting quality, food safety, and production standards. If you're a team player who takes pride in quality work and is eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load empty trays into the denesting equipment.
- Place the correct quantity of food components into trays according to product specifications.
- Rotate between workstations within the production line as required.
- Assist with production line changeovers and help maintain efficient line speeds.
- Identify and report equipment or production issues to the Lead Hand, Supervisor, or Maintenance team.
- Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all product-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food components and packaging materials.
