We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our hatchery team. Working as part of a team, the successful applicant will be part of a work rotation to complete the cleaning and disinfecting of chick boxes, assist with inovo egg transfer process (including cleaning and disinfecting rooms and equipment after work is completed.)      Key Responsibilities

• Washing boxes and sanitation of box room and box washer
• Assisting with Inovo Egg transfer as required
• Transfer sanitation
• Other duties as assigned

What’s in it for you?

• $21.06 - $22.06 per hour (based on progression)
• All PPE is provided to employees (Boot Reimbursement of $125 after 3 months of service)

Qualifications

• Must be able to work additional hours during statutory holidays and summer vacation
• Must be capable of lifting 30 - 50 lbs. repetitively (overhead lifting required)
• Must be able to work in a wet/humid environment
• Must be able to work in small groups with minimal supervision
• Must be capable of standing for long period
• Able to work in a fast paced and repetitive task environment
