The Opportunity:
We are seeking reliable individuals to join our on-call snow removal team. This position is ideal for someone who can respond quickly when needed and is comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions.

Some of the Exciting Things You’ll Do:

• Monitor weather conditions and assess when snow removal services are required
• Remove snow from designated areas (barns, driveways, walkways, parking lots, etc.) using shovels, tractor and snow blower, or other equipment
• Apply salt or sand as required for safety
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Communicate availability promptly when contacted for work
• Follow Maple Leaf Foods Biosecurity Policy and Personal Hygiene Program

What You’ll Bring:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs permit
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Physically capable of lifting and shoveling snow
• Previous experience in snow removal is an asset but not required
• Able to follow SOPs and health & safety protocols
