The Opportunity:
As Manager, Revenue Growth Management, you will play a critical role in driving profitable growth across our business by developing and executing strategic pricing and promotional strategies. You will act as a key partner to Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment on revenue plans and category strategies, while also proactively monitoring market trends, performance, and promotional ROI to inform decision-making. You’ll lead the implementation of price and promotion strategies that enhance revenue, optimize spend efficiency, and help deliver on category financial goals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and has a passion for using data to drive smart commercial decisions.

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:
- Lead the development and execution of pricing strategies that align with brand positioning, category strategy, and financial targets, including recommendations for list price changes and price pack architecture.
- Monitor in-market pricing performance using internal and syndicated data; evaluate competitive positioning and recommend timely adjustments to maintain relevance and drive profitability.
- Optimize promotional investment by analyzing ROI and partnering with Sales and Marketing to improve spend efficiency and drive volume in line with brand strategy.
- Serve as the pricing and promotional lead for your assigned category, responsible for recommending published pricing strategy, approving feature activities, and evaluating off-strategy investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Customer Business Teams, to define promotional strategy, evaluate alternate execution tactics, and guide strategic planning through annual and in-year rhythms.
- Track execution of pricing and promotional strategies; provide regular performance updates and insights to Revenue Growth leadership to inform business decisions.
- Oversee the accuracy and publication of pricing templates and guardrails; ensure strong governance and clear communication of pricing strategy across teams.
- Draw insights and action plans from pricing, promo, and financial data with support from the Senior Analyst/Analyst; synthesize complexity into clear recommendations.
- Coach and mentor your direct report, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture and ensuring strong execution of revenue growth strategies.
What You’ll Bring:
- Undergraduate degree in Business or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, analytics, sales finance, category management or marketing within the CPG industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from large data sets to influence business strategy
- Deep understanding of pricing mechanics and their impact on P&L and customer behavior
- Experience with Nielsen/Circana, SAP, Excel; exposure to pricing governance tools an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – able to simplify and influence across levels
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, high-energy mindset and a drive for results
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate complex and evolving business challenges
