We're looking for a hands-on, safety-focused Maintenance Technician to support the smooth operation of our equipment and facility. If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and being part of a mission-driven team, this opportunity is for you!
Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment and systems
Support safe, efficient production of high-quality food products
Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor and Scheduler to meet plant goals
Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA, HAACP, SQF, GMPs)
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Submit requests for parts and services
Respond to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotation
Maintain tools and parts inventory
Complete accurate maintenance records and documentation
Attend training sessions and continuously develop your skills
Other duties as assigned
Associate’s Degree in a technical field or Journeyman Card
Experience with mechanical/electrical equipment repairs (preferred)
Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry
Welding, machining, or fabrication experience a plus
Understanding of OSHA regulations and arc flash safety—or a willingness to learn
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted
