Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

💵 Pay: $27.00 – $31.00/hour

We're looking for a hands-on, safety-focused Maintenance Technician to support the smooth operation of our equipment and facility. If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and being part of a mission-driven team, this opportunity is for you!

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment and systems

• Support safe, efficient production of high-quality food products

• Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor and Scheduler to meet plant goals

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA, HAACP, SQF, GMPs)

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Submit requests for parts and services

• Respond to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotation

• Maintain tools and parts inventory

• Complete accurate maintenance records and documentation

• Attend training sessions and continuously develop your skills

• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Associate’s Degree in a technical field or Journeyman Card

• Experience with mechanical/electrical equipment repairs (preferred)

• Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry

• Welding, machining, or fabrication experience a plus

• Understanding of OSHA regulations and arc flash safety—or a willingness to learn

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted
