The Opportunity:
The Omni-channel Marketing Manager will lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of shopper marketing, eCommerce, and retailer media initiatives. This role is essential in driving market share growth and achieving profitable sales for our brands. The manager will be responsible for building integrated marketing programs across key accounts, including Loblaws, Instacart (Canada and USA), Sobeys/Voila, Amazon (Canada and USA), Metro, Skip the dishes, Walmart (Canada and USA), Kroger, Publix, UberEATS (Canada and USA), Costco, DoorDash, Longo's, and other regional accounts. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, innovative, and skilled in omni-channel marketing, with a strong focus on customer engagement and data-driven growth.

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:
- Deeply understand and map out the entire customer journey, from awareness to purchase, across channels, identifying key moments where personalized engagement can enhance the experience.
- Design and implement tailored marketing programs and promotions for individual accounts to drive engagement and conversions, ensuring that campaigns align with the unique needs and objectives of each retail partner.
- Collaborate with retail partners to create and execute media strategies that enhance brand presence and drive purchase intent across all platforms.
- Oversee agency partnerships to ensure effective media planning, creative development, and seamless execution of campaigns. Act as the primary point of contact for agency partners, providing clear direction and maintaining accountability for deliverables.
- Work across different product categories to develop scalable marketing initiatives that drive brand reach and impact. Leverage synergies across categories to create unified, consumer-facing campaigns that enhance overall brand strength and visibility.
- Use multi-touch attribution to analyze and optimize the performance of different channels and the customer journey overall.

What You’ll Bring:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-informed decisions.
- Experience in digital marketing channels, including social media, eCommerce, paid search, and display advertising.
- Skilled at developing shopper solutions rooted in insights & brand fundamentals to influence purchasing behaviours and put our brands at the forefront both from a national and customers specific in both Canada & US
- Proficiency in content strategy, development, and optimization, with a focus on AI-driven personalization.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously from end-to-end, with a track record of meeting deadlines and achieving targets within budget
- Skilled in building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Category Management, and External Retailer Teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adapt strategies to emerging trends and market shifts.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to convey strategic plans and results effectively to stakeholders.
