2:30 pm to 11:00 pm (PM Shift)
4:30 pm to 1:00 am (PM Shift)
Qualification and Position Requirements:
Requirements:
- Availability to work at all required start times
- Have a mechanical aptitude
- Be able to use a variety of hand tools
- To read and understand maintenance manuals
- Able to lift 25 Kg.
- Demonstrate hand and arm strength to tighten and loosen mechanical parts
- Able to work with tradesman and follow their directions
- Be able to work overtime when required
- Demonstrated ability to work safely
Quality & Food Safety Skills:
- Ensure HACCP and Food Safety prerequisites are maintained at all times and associated documentation is accurate and up to date
- Thorough, accurate, and neat completion of forms for HACCP & Quality Assurance Product quality checks against customer and internal specifications
- Ability to maintain cleanliness of areas of responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to wear proper VPP and comply with HACCP and Food Safety requirements
Health and Safety Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to wear proper PPE and comply with safety requirements
- Pulling, pushing, twisting, bending, heavy lifting and standing
Communication, Cooperation & Continuous Improvement Skills:
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Positive interaction and information sharing with Associates and Salaried Team
- Active participation in Work Group meetings
- Ability to obtain pertinent information, evaluate information objectively and explore alternative solutions to problems
- Actively finding new and improved ways of completing tasks
- Willing to try new things and assume additional responsibilities
- Ability to establish priorities in their work area
- Cross-shift/department communication
